Unable to delete a PyCharm project

Hello JetBrains,

I checked your "Edit and Delete Project" but couldn't find that Setting symbol on my PyCharm. I'm using the Community edition, version 2017.2.4. 

I closed my project and located it in "Open". The problem is the "X" (delete) icon is grayed out even when I select the project. 

Not sure where else I can look for or what I may miss. Deleting projects supposed to be a straightforward process but it took me more than an hour now. Please kindly shed some light on what I may have missed.

In this screenshot, "pilot_dev_Learning" is the project I want to remove but I can't because the delete icon is grayed out.
