Database view not showing up

I upgraded to PyCharm 2017.3 yesterday and was able to pull up the DB Tool Window, after bumping up Xmx memory to 2048 MB.
This morning, however, I'm not able to pull up the DB Tool Window.
Going through the View-Tool Windows-Database sequence does nothing.
I’ve ensured the Database Tools and SQL plugin is active
I've tried the following to no avail:
- Downgraded to 2017.2.4
- Invalidated caches/restart Pycharm
- Restarted computer
Running on MacBook Pro/Sierra.

In case this helps anyone else experiencing this issue, reinstalling PyCharm 2017.3 fixed it.
