Can't click "Create New Project" in intellij IDEA community

I've read a bunch of other posts about this, but can't find a solution. I installed IntelliJ IDEA Version 2017.3.

However, after configuring the installation, clicking Create New Project does nothing. The text highlights, and the container holding the text highlights. But just clicking the link does nothing.
