AppCode 2017.3: issues with "search everywhere" (Double-shift)

After updating (2017.2.6 -> 2017.3) "search everywhere" almost does not work; it works in small test projects but in my project (big enough) it cant find even opened file
I returned to version 2017.2 and it works like a charm

Could you please create an issue in our tracker and attach logs (Help | Show Log in Finder) after reproducing the problem.
