KeyMaps are missing

Hi,
I am on IntelliJ 2017.3.1 on OS X High Sierra, and since updating yesterday (19 - Dec - 2017), my keymaps have stopped working, these are standard keymaps in IntelliJ... for example I can no longer use CMD+SHIFT+O to globally open files, I can't use CMD + SHIFT + F to globally search files.
Any ideas?

Does the menu work? Do you see the correct shortcuts displayed in the menu? Does it help if you reassign the keyboard shortcuts in Keymap preferences? Are they recognized?
