I need help on my project. I deleted unfortunately my .idea folder and now I can't work on my project. Can someone help me to restore the .idea folder?

You can create a new project from the existing files.
I can't find this option in ultimate 2017.3

I see nothing on that page that tells how to get IntelliJ to create a new .idea folder or the files deleted from it. It would be really nice to have an easy to follow answer to this question.
