pycharm doesn't show hints

I'm want to write 'cv2.circle' it isn't showing hint like this

Unfortunately, it's a known issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-35691/Code-completion-doesnt-work-for-cv2-module
You can find workarounds in the description.
