i have the ultimate version but when i update to the latest version, i have this persisten log in banner every time i disconect vpn and its so annoying. any help?

Can you please describe exact steps that lead to this window? Is it only when you disconnect from VPN?

Please enable debug logs (Help - Diagnostic Tools - Debug Log Settings...) for the following category:
#org.jetbrains.plugins.github
