pycharm # commenting // asking opinion , thoughts of audience

a.)  my first initial thought is that being able to add color to comments is not initially desired by python creators  ?    to prevent confusion between real comments and existing code  ?   ( color clash ) 

b.)  i use a white 'background' and find reading /  examining  grayed out comments ;   not very appealing to the eye .

c.)  i've read some pieces successfully adding color to comments ,   but haven't seen anything outside of deep diving into settings that i'm not really familiar with .   process doesnt seem easy .     any comments / suggestion   . .    would love to hear .      Thank you.
