windows auto completion

Hello, since I reinstalled the jetbrains suite, it no longer wants to close the auto completion windows
is this normal?

The issue is tracked at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-318423/Completion-popups-do-not-get-dismissed-and-overlap-each-other, please vote for it to get notified on updates
