I am a university student and I got my student licence with University email address last summer. I used it for a month and, I have not been using it ever since. Now, when I try to login to IntellijIdea on a new computer with my JetBrains account, it says "There are no valid licenses associated with the account". I cannot see my licence on my JetBrains account page. I have not received any link to renew my licence, either. Can you please help me solve this problem?
