Sections in Changed files pane in VCS log for git

I have merged Branch A into branch B. When I click on the merge commit in VCS log, I see three sections. First is , No merge conflicts. Second is saying "Changes to 123bsd2 updated url" (This commit ID is in branch B). Third is saying "Changes to 253bsd2 updated classes".(This commit ID is in branch A). What will I see if I expand the last 2 sections.? (So far I'm seeing a diff that is not relevant to the above commit IDs)

Could someone help me out on this?
