No intellisense for bpy package

I have used pip in Pycharm to install the bpy package.

It seems that all the files exist in the site-packages folder

But PyCharm has no intellisense for the bpy package

Is there a way to get intellisense working for the bpy package?

Please vote for the feature request to add the blender support in PyCharm https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-12636/blender-support

I've voted for the Plugin.

Is there any way I can move forward, such as getting intellisense working, or building my own plugin?
