font is blurry/not clear

Monitor Resolution: 3840*2160 (4k)
New laptop OS: windows11 (integrated graphic card)
intellij ultimate version: latest version (23.06.19 update)
Problem: Fonts are blurry/not clear on new laptop.
I contacted the laptop manufacturer, and they said that IntelliJ S/W does not support 4k of windows 11.
When viewing on a 4k monitor in windows 11, is there a problem that the font is blurry/not clear in IntelliJ?

1. Screenshot from the OS Settings > System > Display with the parameters of the display where you see the issue.
2. Screenshot of the IDE main window where blurriness can be seen.
3. Screenshot of the IDE File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance page visible from the top to Antialiasing section (inclusive).
4. Please additionally specify the exact model of your laptop and video card.
