ServiceNow: Can I link a single email to several ServiceNow instances?
Although I've set up an inbound email action in a ServiceNow instance, not all emails received to that address by users ought to be processed by that ServiceNow instance.
Is it possible to preserve the first inbound Email action on the other ServiceNow instance while creating an inbound Email action for the same Email address on a different ServiceNow instance? To prevent repeated tickets, I would take care of setting the relevant criteria.
