We have our users using Dell Latitude 7330 Models with Windows 10 22H2 on them and IntelliJ Idea Ultimate 2023.1.1 (Application version 231.8770.65) installed which is not working at all when they try to open it in One click and get stuck on the opening screen always

Hello Prasad Narvekar, please, accept my apologies for the IDE misbehavior.
Could you please share the IDE logs (archive of the IDE log directory) via the JetBrains Uploads service and write here the ID you receive? Since the IDE is stuck on the flash screen, the log should contain the related error entries.
Also, please, check if there are any
java_error_in_*.logfiles in the user home directory - please, share them too.
