Remote Docker Debugging in Community Edition

I currently have an application running in a Docker container that I want to do some remote debugging on. I know that built-in docker support is only available in the paid version of Pycharm, but I'm hoping someone has found an alternative. The only information I have been able to find so far assumes that the local OS is unix based. I need a solution that will work in Windows. 

Can anyone help me with this?
