How can I fix the Name text field?

Every time I create a new file and go to name it, the Name text field appears smushed. I cant drag it to make it bigger, and this makes it really difficult to name because I might make a spelling mistake. (See "Name" field in image below).

It looks like you have some custom theme plug-in installed which may cause this issue.
Does it help if you disable this plug-in and switch to the default theme?
Does the issue occur in the current IDE release?

Looks like this was the issue, I changed the color scheme around and for some reason it messed up that field.
