Please note that exclamation sign marks on your paths - you have them because the paths are not absolute.
Please change the paths from relative to absolute and it should start working.
I got another post pending about this, but I'm using absolute paths and it's still trying to deploy excluded stuffs.
Timothy Chew, please share screenshots of all three tabs (Connection, Mappings, Excluded Paths) of your deployment configuration.
