Clion not showing the menubar

Hello! I am using BSPWM with EndeavourOS. I cannot see the menubar in CLion and the alt key is showing the menubar (like it does in GNOME).
How do I get the menubar to be visible?

Does it help if you disable this setting? Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance | Merge main menu with window title.
To access settings you can use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+S) or Shift+Shift for Search Everywhere and type settings.
You can also try toggling this setting:
Hi yes I am now able to see the menu bar. However, it is not part of the New UI. In IntelliJ, I am able to see a 3-bar hamburger menu that opens the menu bar, but nothing here. Although this is a great temporary fix. I'd love to see the New UI main menu in the application. Much appreciated, thank you!
