The actions are called "Goto Next/Previous Splitter". You can assign custom shortcuts to them in the Keymap settings:
You can also use the tab switcher: press Ctrl+Tab and keep holding Ctrl to keep the Switcher window open. Then press Tab or Shift+Tab to navigate between the opened tabs/splits.
