How weak Local History is

I think it's worrying that one of the most useful features of Jetbrains products is so weak and unstable.
And yes, I mean Local History, which has saved me from disaster on more than one occasion, but also fails as an "old shotgun"...
Local History gets corrupted by anything and immediately becomes empty... it happens to me several times a month...
Honestly, I think they should pay more attention to make this functionality work better... I don't know... it's my opinion...
