Unable to save changes to Python template

When I click on "Edit configuration templates" then click on "Python":

1. First of all, the screen itself shows up as blank at first. I have to click another template such as "Pyramid server" then back to "Python" for the Python options to show up.

2. Once the Python options do show up, I attempt to add "Run with Python console" as an option

3. When I click "OK" to save/close the dialog, the dialog does not close. The only way to close the dialog is to "Cancel" which prevents the change to the configuration template from saving.

This problem does NOT happen, if I add "Run with Python console" to an existing configuration for a specific script.

This is happening on PyCharm Build #PY-232.8660.197, built on July 26, 2023 on macOS Ventura 13.5.1
