Iteration over tips

Hello, when I have any tips from pycharm (like import tips or when I write `self` then its displays me list of methods in class) to scroll it down I have to press down arrow, is it possible to change such behavior to Tab? it means when I have any tips, then to scroll it I just may press Tab and to choose it I have to press Enter

All the shortcuts can be customized under Settings | Keymap
Make sure you don't create a conflict with another action that already uses Tab.
