DB table comments cannot be written in Korean.

I am using intellij ultimate's datasource feature.
I want to change the comment of datasource table, but only English works normally and Korean doesn't work.
When writing a comment in Korean, only the first few letters are written, and the following letters are not reflected.
When this happens, there is no response even if you try to write a comment again in English.

IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.1 (Ultimate Edition)
