resume Build From Specified Module missing in 2023.2

Hi,

the button shown on screenshot below “Resume Build From Specified Module” is missing in Idea version 2023.2, while it was in 2023.1.5 and worked for me well. It's usefull for multimodule maven projects.

Any idea how to use the functionality?
