PyCharm Updates Fail to Install
It is stuck installing status. I cant cancel. Manuel installation is not help still opens 2023.2 not 2023.2.1. It is not the first time when you release update I have to uninstall pycharm and toolbox then re install all. But why is that happening? I pay for this!

I am sorry for the negative experience. Could you please share some more details. Do you trigger update in the Toolbox or inside the IDE?
Could you please grab the logs manually as described in https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html#logs-directory and upload it to the FTP to the FTP
https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and please let me know the filename.

The tool box is looking like installing but it is not installing stuck like this. I also add idea log file.

Could you please update the Toolbox to the latest version first:
Than, please click on the gear icon → About → Show logs. Please upload a toolbox.log to the FTP as well. Thank you!
If you have any AV or FW software, as a matter of test, please try disabling it.
I tried it it does not update no matter how many minutes I wait due to it is installing status. (I tried with My AV and FW disable already)
If you suggest me uninstall and reinstall. It is your programming fault which it would be 3th update I am trying same progress! Better don't make any update or make it properly! I maybe have better solution to me stop subscription and use stable version as old paid customer over a year! Untill I find another IDE to use!

So the update of Toolbox app fails too, correct?
Click on the gear icon → About → Show logs. Please upload a toolbox.log to the FTP as well.
Don't bother I forced uninstall and reinstall and now I am trying to fix my project folders! This is idiotic that I have to forced uninstall and reinstall after every update you do!. I will certainly cancel my subscription !
You were better company but you changed which I don't like
I just remove tool box and Pycharm then make a clean install. Now tool box immigrating everyday!!!!!!
What is that really a Joke!?? Your tool is really getting problematic and annoying! What is that? I don't need a new one everyday on my tool box fix it!

You did another fail update. It is still applying patches over 30 mins. Therefore I am unable to use how is that? I think It would be best to cut subscription and use it without updates end of my subscription!
And without mention what is new there.
