Infinite "Loading CMake Project" (again)

In order not to necro-post, here is again an issue of an infinite “Loading CMake Project…”, this time on 2023.2.1 #CL-232.9559.58. Cancelling the task is also taking indefinite amounts of time.

This happens only on a specific project, a newly created one is not affected by this. If there is a way to find debug logs of what is actually happening under the hood, I'd be happy to provide them.

Please send the following additional information to clion-support at jetbrains.com:

A CPU snapshot captured while CLion loading the project.
A result of Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data. Note that logs might contain private user information (like file paths and names).
Does this CMake project correctly work from the command line?
