Questions about renewing the education pack license

Hello, I am a student attending a university in Korea. I am writing this because I am using the education pack license, but it has not been updated by school email. I really want to use Intelij IDE while doing a project as a student preparing for developer. I will submit all the necessary materials, so I would appreciate it if you could renew the license.

You can request a free license for JetBrains tools with the option "Official document" using your private email address and attaching any officially issued document with confirmation of your
student status in 2023/2024 academic year at

or via your JetBrains account clicking the dedicated link Renew my Education Pack. After
a successful submission of the form you should get our notification.
Once you have completed the application, let me know the email address from the application and I will review it personally.
Hello, I am having trouble to renew my education pack either. I am clicking renew my education pack and filled the form. It says that I received an email for activation but I do not receive any email. I tried so many times. Please help me to get my activation link.

Please apply for a student subscription with the option OFFICIAL DOCUMENT using your private email address and attaching your up-to-date supporting document in the PDF format at
