Intellij Github plugin is behaving inconsistently when retrieving different types of PR data from repo.

Context

- I am using the Github plugin to retrieve PR info in a repo from Github EMU.

- The Oauth app is enabled for Jetbrain.

What I noticed:

- When I select Open PR, the data was loaded.

- When I select Closed PR, the data couldn't be loaded
