Install specified version of debase and ruby-debug-ide

I need to install debase gem 2.3.9, but can't find any repository or option, where it can be specified. Gem version 2.3.10, which is pulled from IDE automatically has a buggy interactive console that can't read multiple lines at a time, and crashes rails server or rails console session after such insertion. There are no such problems on 2.3.9, I checked on the computer where this gem is still installed. Version ruby 2.7.0, rails 6.1.4.4

We plan to fix it in 2023.3, and for now as a workaround you can use Evaluate expression feature.
