What permission is required?

Just experimented with JetBrans Gateway → Dev Containers, the container was able to be built and Dev Container successfully deployed but some permissions are still missing while preparing environment… What would that permission be?

The host system, on which the Dev Container would run is Ubuntu22.04 V-Server.
