Cannot add conda environments anymore (Pycharm for Windows)

Hello,

since recently (I don't remember when it changed), I cannot add new or existing conda environments to pycharm anymore. If I select a conda environment from the list and click on “OK” (see attached image), it will load shortly and then go back to the list of environments, but the selected environment will not be in the list. Same when I add a new environment. This is very annoying as I cannot start new projects anymore.

I tried reinstalling but it did not solve the problem. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
