Wierd theme bug

Today I changed my theme back to Darcula and but my theme was definetly not Darcula. Here is the picture. I've tried to restart the IDE and it didn't work. Does anyone know why this is happening? This is an example in CLion, but it persists accross all IDEs.

Same happening to me on Intellij 2024.1.4 . Editor part stays light.
