Slow input / output with terminal when I turned the Hyper-V On… When it`s Off - everithing works fine

Can you please record a CPU snapshot?

  • Disable all third-party plugins and restart the IDE
  • Help | Diagnostic Tools | Start CPU usage Profiling
  • Reproduce the problem for 1-2 minutes. Please do not perform any other actions in the IDE to collect only the needed details
  • Help | Diagnostic Tools | Stop CPU usage Profiling
