Download of PhpStorm community version

I'm a student in web development. My teacher says that I can download a free version of PhpStorm called PhpStorm Community, but I doesn't find the link to get it. Is someone have this link? Thanks, Pascal.

Unfortunately, there is no Community edition of PhpStorm (only PyCharm and IntelliJ IDEA). However, if you are student, you may apply for the Educational license:
