my app window isn't showing up

When I run my kivy code, everything works fine, but the only problem is the window with the app name doesn't show up. How can I fix this?

Hi, does it work as expected when you run your code from the terminal outside the IDE?

Thank you for your response, but now it doesn't even let me run it through my computer's standard IDLE.

If the issue is reproduced outside PyCharm, it's not IDE-related, I'm afraid. Must be something with kivy or python. Sorry, can't say more for now.
