Broken PyCharm with font size

When editing the PyCharm font size, I accidentally set it to 111 instead of 11, and now everything is so large, it has broken PyCharm. I use MacOS.

- I cannot scroll, I cannot zoom out (only in)

- The “Reset font size” button in the View menu has no effect

- No keyboard shortcuts for changing font size work

- Uninstalling and reinstalling PyCharm had no effect

How can I fix this issue and restore my font size?
