Terminal error,

just installed pycharm and get a terminal error, i have added an exeption file in my anit virus, tried to run as administrator, the only thing that works is changing the interpreter, to the main one in my c drive which defeats the point of having a virtual environment. This is the error, please help. Never had to troubleshoot a piece of software for hours after i have just got it!
