after Windows update. But I already removed the updates, reinstalled ida, JDK again. Everything from scratch. But it still doesn’t work.

Hi. Looks like the IDE is unable to parse your system username. Are there any non-Latin characters in it?
If there are, try changing the location of each IDE directory to a folder with no spaces and non-Latin characters in its path. See this help section for the instructions.
