Mark actual code block indent line with another color

If I got your concern correctly, you may try changing background color for “Settings/Preferences | Editor | Color Scheme | General > Editor > Guides > Indent guide selected”:

Should result to:

Working form me f I place cursor at the beginning of the tag only, not inside

Unfortunately, there is no way to configure this behaviour, here is a related request to vote:
