Can't dismiss Error message

Hi,

I've had to run some large queries lately, occasionally bringing back the attached error message. Unlike smaller warning messages, though, I can't dismiss this one by clicking on the X at the upper right of the message, I have to close that file and reopen. Not always practical. 

Also, though it says Detail: as you can see, it doesn't show the detail, and clicking on it does nothing.
