New Terminal hyperlinks not working and shell plugins gone

Just using the new EAP and my shell autocomplete is gone, and I cant select a shell type either.
Also hyperlinks to files are also not clickable.
This only started happening when the block output was added…

Also, when I have more than 1 page of commands executed and I execute another then all of the command outputs appear scrolling through them all which gets annoying.

There is an issue on YouTrack related to new terminal: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-343499
To disable the new terminal, please disable
terminal.new.uiregistry key. For that, open "Registry..." dialog via "Help | Find Action...".Also, please see IDEA-338229 to have a convenient way to switch between classic/new terminals.
