When I open multiple projects, except for the first one, all other projects get stuck for a long time

Hello, please collect logs via menu Help > Collect logs and Diagnostic Data , and then upload it to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/  and paste the upload id here.  

It maybe has to do with the indexing process of one of the project. What happen when opening just the first project? What happen when opening just one of the other project?

Please try this workaround to see if it helps: Using an IDE main menu File | Invalidate Caches | Clear system caches and local history | Invalidate and restart.
