Hi, why don't you allow me to renew my university student license? He tells me that:We cannot grant you a free license at the moment. This may be because:
- We are unable to determine whether someone with an email address in this domain is a student.
- This email domain belongs to an organization that is individually targeted by, or is incorporated in territories subject to, applicable EU, UN, or US sanctions or certain export control restrictions.
If you are a student at this school and believe that you are not subject to any of these sanctions, please apply with an official document.

As the error message implies, you are still allowed to renew your educational license. However, we no longer provide licenses based on your student email address. That is usually because the domain has been misused and abused by other people. But there may have been other reasons that we cannot uncover.
Please switch to the "Official document" tab in the application form and apply for license renewal again.
But is there a renewal limit? I did the procedure but is it possible to speed it up?
Applications made via the official document require more time to process. Usually, our team considers such requests within two weeks.
Please also note that all the confirmation emails sent to your student email were rejected by your university's mail server. We'd recommend contacting the mail server's IT admin to solve this problem. Adding no_reply@jetbrains.com to the whitelist most likely will do the job. You can also add no_reply@jetbrains.com to your contact list to prevent our letters from going to spam.
