Performance problems after update to 2024.1

After updating to version 2024.1 PhpStorm takes 100% or 50% CPU and loses responsiveness from time to time. Does anyone experiance the same issue?

In 2024.2 I have turned off Use types from server. Still, no memory problems.

When Use Types from Server is enabled, the goto declaration action behaves incorrectly. It goes to the d.ts file instead of the source .ts file.

Same problem. When I made the following settings, the CPU usage decreased significantly.

Settings -> Editor -> Code Editing -> Error Highlighting -> Autoreparse delay: 500
