Missing "Database" tab on Ctr+Shift+N dialog
When you press Ctr+Shift+N there has always been a tab ‘Database’ which I used 1000 times per day for the last 10 years. After the last update it disappeared. Please advice on how to restore it.

This is an expected change. You can return the option in Settings | Advanced Settings and enable Show Database tab in Search Everywhere:
