Can submit an issue to JetBrains' YouTrack

I'm having some pretty significant issues with CLion 2024, but I can't get an issue submitted to YouTrack. The “New Issue” times out and button gives me:

I did manage to get through to draft an issue, but I get lots of error pop ups, and the “Create” button gives me these errors:
