I turned off the inlay hints, but I can't turn on it again

I use the clion 2024.1 NOVA version, I turned off the inlay hints by the Right click menu， but I can’t turn on it again. I reinstalled the clion, but there are still no inlay hints.

I enabled the inlay hints in settings, but it still doesn't work.
