Feature Request: Add the git Commit Message generator to Phpstrom

Hi i recently tried Jet brains AI and it not that good or at least in my trial period i have not found a good use case for it 

the only feature  that i liked was the github commit message generator but it is really expensive to pay $10/month just to get a github commit message generator so can you guys add the feature in the Idea itslef that would be great
